They turned off our heat, it’s been 40 out at night, and during the day it’s a struggle to get our apartment warmed up past 60 degrees. When asked over the weekend, the managements response was along the lines of “I know it’s uncomfortable! But we aren’t going to do anything about it!”
I moved in on Tuesday November 25th, 2025. The people in the building I moved into are so nice and friendly. When we see each other in the hallway, we say hi to each other. It is nice and safe for someone who wants to live on their own like me or with a roommate. I am just three minutes away after my parents just incase I need anything. My parents drop by anytime they want to and I am okay with that.
I living at this place since 2019. Under current management its huge improvement and much friendly. Very good location and relatively quiet place.
The women in the office as very pleasant and try there best to resolve any maintenance issues that arise . Maintenance man are very efficient. Marko has been making sure that the sidewalks are cleared when the snow falls and distributes the salt so there is no slip and fall. Michael is also very good at his job .
