RecommendedI called to make a new patient appointment for my wife who had been having what we thought could have been kidney pain. We waited a while on hold (about 5 minutes), but we got an appointment the same day with Natasha Sherrill which was a surprise as we didn’t think we would be able to get something so soon. The whole appointment was extremely easy and efficient. She got her lab results immediately. The whole appointment, from check-in, labs, and the provider visit was 40 minutes. INCREDIBLE. Thank you.
I've gone here for a pediatrician (Dr. Ryan) and for OBGYNs (Dr. Fenton and another who retired), for more than 10 years now. Both my pregnancies were through IPMS, and every visit has been absolutely incredible, even if it was a somber appointment. Nurse Jessica (she was with me through both my pregnancies and I absolutely love her) and Ulu have helped make my experiences with IPMS ones that just keep me coming back! :) I love this place. They refused to see me for a bad cough because of a billing error that ended me in collections. It's their "office policy" even though I have insurance, cash, and have been going there for years. Not anymore
My husband and I absolutely love Dr Bigelow and her nurse Michelle. Both are very kind and helpful and take care of all our needs. So sad to hear Michelle is leaving. Everytime after a visit we would always comment how sweet and helpful she was. It will be hard to replace her, but we wish the best of luck ❤
IPMS not only has the kindest providers and team but they also have the best bandaids!

I’ve been dealing with some annoying knee issues. After seeing a couple other doctors at other places in town, feeling dissatisfied I decided to give Independence Medical Park a chance. I am SO glad I did. The physical therapy team of Dr. Les and his assistant Terry are AMAZING!!
