I used to work at Independence Mazda and I was ready to buy a car so I figured that would be the best place to go since I knew everyone and figured I would get well taken care of. Well I was wrong. I bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Mike Brooks and there was a part missing from the dome light. He assured me that they would order the part and would fix it for me even if it had to come out of his pay check. Been trying for over 6 months to get gap refund, but no one knows where the records are. First, we had to come fill out paperwork that could have been faxed. Then, 3 months later, no one knew anything. Then, because Montgomery was now Independence the records were with the former owner. Then, after calling all around, and even talking to Mazda Credit and the Gap Insurance company, finally found someone local that said all old records were in boxes in different places (attic, basement, warehouse, outhouse). Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with! Absolutely the worst customer service! Never again....lesson learned (the hard way nonetheless)
My wife and I came to independence mazda, which was and hour away from us, on our first free weekend in 2 months. We were looking to trade in my wife's 2013 Honda civic, which is in awesome condition and only has 50k miles on it.
