Had an appointment and when we went in we sat at the dealership for about an hour and a half before we were actually helped. Salesman wouldn’t pass us off to someone else who had some free time. I understand being busy with someone else but they lost a sale for sure with ignoring us for so long then giving us a trade in $2k lower book trade in for our car. Our biggest issue wasn’t their vehicle which was what we were looking for it was their customer service.
I couldn’t be more pleased 😀 love my car and all the hard work that Mazda’s employees do to make sure I’m happy
