Average mobile home park. Going up in price per lot rent every year so it's not far off from just buying a house
I wish this was a good review but unfortunately this is going to be one heck of a negative one... When I moved in 7 months ago I probably would've written a great review. Me and my fiance had just moved out of his parents basement and were so excited to finally have our own place. If I would've known that the wonderful family oriented trailer park they were trying to sell us on was going to be this awful, I would've just stayed in the basement until we could get a house. Could get a hold of anyone. Office hours are not correct. Every time I'm there during open business hours nobody is there.. left messages and no reply or return call
DON’T RENT HERE!!! They have rats all across the park. Trash has been an issue all of august 2025. Management dodges you call and complaints. Over priced for the slum lord management. Would give zero stars if I could. Lived here for 6 months and nothing but problems.
