Absolutely do not live here. Management sucks and there’s lots of rats and bugs because they never take care of the trash problem! Whoever owns this place is lazy and incompetent. Every time I visit this trailer park I’m disgusted.
Average mobile home park. Going up in price per lot rent every year so it's not far off from just buying a house
I wish this was a good review but unfortunately this is going to be one heck of a negative one... When I moved in 7 months ago I probably would've written a great review. Me and my fiance had just moved out of his parents basement and were so excited to finally have our own place. If I would've known that the wonderful family oriented trailer park they were trying to sell us on was going to be this awful, I would've just stayed in the basement until we could get a house.
