I bought a used 2018 rzr on June 17th. I talked to a guy all week and he was nice and cleaned it up and sent me pics. I went to get it and that guy was off that day so I had to deal with a guy whose name I think was Greg. I told him my offer and he told me he didn’t care if I bought it or not he could just sell it to somebody else. So I told him what I would give plus I’d buy a set of tires and wheels. I looked back and could only find where you messaged us about purchasing a RZR through Facebook. I could not find a text message about tires and wheels. Most parts have either been on back order or slower shipping due to the COVID-19.
Bought a 30k dollar plus sxs from these folks. Salesman was Jacob. Don’t remember sales managers name I think it was Dustin . But was promised they were the best service after sale etc blah blah blah. Long story short rig has less then 200 miles and has broken axle and factory installed winch burnt up. When we called about it it took 4/5 days and raising hell to just get to speak with someone. Then took rig to them. Was lied to as too why they never returned call. Brent and Jeremy were totally awesome, I was running late on a Friday afternoon and they both hung around after hours of I take care of me....
