I have to say as a sales person myself service after the sale is huge to customers. The service department at Independence went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of on my 2018 Ranger 1000. If you are having issues with your wheelers go see these guys. They’ll keep you informed of the status on your ride and make sure you are treated right. Thanks guys!
service dept. needs some training and in service about checking your work before you send something out. They put our light bar on and totally forgot to wire it up. makes us very leary of other work they say was done. we are members of a very busy place for riding and we heard quite a few people looking elsewhere for a service dept.
Came all the way from Jacksonville and passed several places we could’ve bought from instead we had an awesome sales person who made this experience great. Thanks again

Honest business practices for starters must be present to win should mean just that you have lost my business.
Went yesterday with my family after registering for a 4 wheeler giveaway. Thru registration and even they mentioned it several times that you must be present to win but yet it was given to someone not present. How is that fair to the ones that followed your instructions? Very disappointed and you had many folks upset! If that’s the way you conduct business, we won’t be back... and I think we are not alone in this!
Today.... the four wheeler give away, was a complete joke! Must be present to win! Well... y’all let someone win who wasn’t even there! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
