My Independence at Home Failed to pay me for 2 weeks due to pure incompetence from office staff. Failed to communicate or respond to my communication. Failed to admit error & take full responsibility for adverse effects caused by error. Finally the Director is rude & dismissive with no desire to render a fair solution to problems the staff caused. Don't apply to this company, you will regret it.
They are extremely unprofessional, I do not understand these agency at all. They call you, promise you work and never ever get back to you. Keep telling you while you on employee onboarding process, passed background checked, passed everything and never contact you for a case, promises you cases that you can work and they could careless.
