Extremely poor customer service. I made an online order. When the order was going to arrive longer than what I needed. They refused to cancel the order. They only gave me an option to recieve the order and then have to return it and pay money for return. Although i called them before the order left their wearhouse or even before it was shipped. It seems clear that they dont care about customers and they only care about taking money.
Wonderful company with very quick delivery on orders and very helpful staff.
Excellent people to deal with - really helpful with NDIS account establishment and payment processes, and super fast delivery.
I've been buying wound care supplies from Independence Australia for a number of years. I have always received quality products and never cheap knockoffs. Pricing is always competitive if not better than other sites. Shipping is free if you spend more than $50 and it's always fast. I have never waited longer than a few days for my supplies.
I started out ordering the wrong type so called independence Australia to fix it. I spoke to a lovely and helpful lady, Vas, who help me return the wrong items and update my authority for NDIS and reorder the right ones. She could view my previous purchases and now order the right ones and give me an order number and organise the return of the other. Nothing was a problem
