Selection and ordering of items is quite straightforward. Orders are received promptly, with updates provided on the progress. The orders are received in good order thanks to the excellent packaging.
The service I receive is exceptionally good, I place an order and delivery is made within 2/4 business days can’t beat that.

Has become the most useless sales department I have ever dealt with. You ring and get held on the line, before being told they can't answer your call at the moment, they will call you back. When the call does eventually happen, the person called Norah, at the other end has a faulty Phone/ headset, the call dropping in and out, when you ask to speak to someone else because of this problem, they disconnect you. TERRIBLE COMPANY
