Taking way too long to process out of network claims -- advised unable to speak with claims department. Ridiculous.
William from customer service is disgusting, he just hangs up the phone. What kind of place is this?
I’ve been calling for over two weeks at this point. Due to travel I’m needing my emergency much needed supplies filled earlier then usual as I’ll be gone when I reup usually. I’ve been transferred and placed on hold with zero resolution. People dragging their feet and not helping at all. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to anyone. Sure they cover supplies but what use is that when you can’t even get the supplies do to there incompetents. I’m extremely frustrated.
