So disappointed with this insurance for 2025. Dropping Hackensack Meridian facilities and anything that has to do with weight loss no matter what. Started the process for a surgery about 5 months ago, scheduled and did preregistration at hospital, and scheduled time off work. I had to see 4 specialists, have an endoscopy, be put under anesthesia, a ton of testing, and take off work to do that for nothing. Absolutely the worst, avoid at all costs.
By far the WORST insurance I have ever had. I think not having health insurance actually makes more sense than paying for this god awful scam of a service. Not only is the cost of this insurance ridiculously high, they will not cover a single for you. Leaving you to pay almost entirely out of pocket for everything. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE
Worst insurance I’ve ever had. I consistently keep getting billed co-pays for preventative care, which should be covered 100% by my PPO plan. The customer service representatives are not in America, making it difficult for them to assist since they don’t understand American healthcare. I’m seriously considering leaving the company I work for so that I can have better insurance coverage.
