Employees were not friendly
It wasn’t as good as it had been in previous years.
My granddaughter and her friends had a ball at her birthday party. There is so many ways to have fun with rides and games. All the staff was polite which made it more enjoyable. There was all kinds of food available, I got a belly full.
Overall we had a great day. My 4 years old daughter loved it and was excited all day. This was our second visit. Both times were during weekend and I expected a lot of people but it was not crowded. We bought the "ultimate eat and play" cards so my daughter did a lot of attractions (spinning roller coaster, tea cups, go karts, 3D theather, frog hopper, spinning thing, mini golf, trampolines... she got our attractions too) and she loved them all!!! My kids love Incredible Pizza! My husband and I always have fun to, so it’s fun for the whole family! The food is just ok, but it’s basically what you would expect at this type of establishment.
I held a workshop here and it was an incredible experience! Great service, wonderful food and desserts for my guests, clean spaces for meetings and workshops. Jess was great to coordinate details of what I needed! I highly recommend!!
