Tom is very professional and thorough! He did a great job fixing and backing up my old computer. He also transferred everything I needed to my new computer, and set everything up just the way I asked! If you want things done right, he's your guy!

My laptop was constantly showing a blue screen with an error message. It kept automatically shutting down and rebooting. I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. I called Tom and he was so helpful, professional and reasonably priced. He got it up and running within 2 days! The best part, his work is guaranteed, plus if I ever have a tech question, he is just a text or phone call away. Thank you so much Tom!! I really appreciate your help!

I used the computer clean up service and I was very pleased! It was so easy to schedule an appointment and bonus that the service was performed remotely! The service call was on-time and took exactly the length of time promised. No hidden fees and I felt confident the issues were fixed. My computer is running much more smoothly now. If any other computer issues arise, they will be the first and only company I’ll contact!
