I am 40 and have had infertility issues for over 10 years and decided to give ivf a try. After interviewed many clinics, I found INCINTA has best customer service and good reputation. My care team has been excellent!! They answered any of my questions on the same day. I got pregnant after 1 retrieval and 1 transfer. I’m glad we came across Incinta Fertility center . My wife and I had gone to 2 Clinics before with no progress being made at either facility. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with Incinta. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and the reception area is stunning. All the staff from the receptionist, patient relations Charlie, our nurses Lily and Alyson to Dr. Lin were so encouraging and helpful through the entire IVF progress.
