I live on a houseboat and have the WB model for at least 12 years. It has been very reliable and has exceeded my expectations. I'm not a technically inclined person but installation is a breeze. Install the exhaust vent and plug it in. Support team is easy to reach and extremely helpful. I recommend this company and product without reservations!

I LOVE MINE!!! I live in rural Alaska. EASY for me to install myself. Easy to clean, I have yet to do the maintenance but it should be a breeze. If I have any problems, I know I can call and will be walked through it. I am so glad I got my Incinolet! I had and EcoJohn, the 1st one gave me problems every other day and then burned a hole in my floor. The 2nd was a nightmare too, too much to explain here. PM me if you want info.
