This correspondence serves to formally document a deeply concerning experience at the Emergency Department involving my 14-year-old child. Don't bother. I had a telehealth appointment with technical difficulties (not my fault; the website's). She called just to refuse to see me over the phone. I have NEVER had a provider do this. Further, she was rude and dismissive. She claimed that the issue was my fault. How ridiculous! I'd hate to see how she treats her patients that she DOESN'T refuse to see. Would rate zero stars if I could.
