I had a wonderful experience at inBody yesterday. Valerie is a wonderful woman and you can tell that she truly cares about her wellness center and believes in the many different services. I tried the Float Therapy and found it very helpful for stress relief and pain relief! It was very calming and meditative and not scary at all. I definitely recommend checking out inBody!

I did the Himalayan Sauna and it was super relaxing, better than a regular sauna, the infrared tech is more comfortable! 100% recommended
I loved my cryotherapy session!!!! My first time ever trying it and I feel great!
