Extremely unhappy for the unprofessional service rendered. I was moved to the short stay area yesterday for the stress test. She was my doctor who never checked me. She came after 4 hours of completing me stress test to tell me that the results were still not out. However, she realized the report was already out after checking her phone. Then she assured discharging me soon as she thought the report was good. However we did not hear from her for long (> 5 hours). Horrible receptionist service. Was on hold for 45 minutes and she never came back to the telephone to address my concerns. Called back. Receptionist answered again and asked me to hold, again. I explained that I was previously on hold for 45 minutes. She told me she would be right back to address my concerns. Waited on hold for another 10 minutes. Hung up. Decided to take my business elsewhere.
