Believe it or not - it’s not easy to find someone who specializes in blonde color in DC! Luis did a great job with my hair color—he made sure the color highlights were applied evenly throughout and took extra care to avoid over-processing. He’s an amazing color specialist and is great with blonde tones. The overall experience was excellent. I’d absolutely recommend him and Inari to others.
Viktoria is THE best! But she’s the only good thing about this place. They’re always trying to rip you off and charge you for extras that they don’t tell you about ahead of time. I’m a loyal customer and have been for years, but of late, I get treated so poorly and with some very sketchy pricing policy. You used to be a very human and ethical small business. What happened??

Inari is truly a slice of heaven on earth. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I always walk away pleased with the service and care I receive. Mai has always done my eyebrows and skin care for me (the facial other systems are a game changer) and it is first class. Schedule a visit and you will certainly be a regular customer.
