Horrible Service and Bad Work – So, I have been going there for about two years. The only reason I keep going is because it is really close to my house. They have over charged me on numerous occassions and have tried to upsell me after I said no more than five times. But yesterday was the final straw. I made an appointment, dont know why you still have to wait an hour. AWFUL EXPERIENCE – This was a horrible experience. I've been there twice and both times its been awful. They take forever. The cashier guy did my nails today and it was a complete disaster. He had no idea what he was doing. It was pathetic and a huge waste of time and money. And when I pointed out that he didn't file, etc he gave me tons of attitude. I wanted to like this place cause its local but it awful!!!!!!!!!!!

Lousy, Inefficient Service – I've been going to iNails for about a year for pedicures, manicures and waxing, and generally had been pretty pleased but the last few visits were unpleasant. I am often treated as though I should feel lucky to get any service at all while they make me wait for them to assist customers that arrived after me.
