Great merchandise, not great prices Balcony Cookware is a great shop to browse. They've got an impressive selection of all your cookware needs, but unfortunately-- they'll charge you an arm and a leg for it. It's owned by Wholey's next door, but don't let its location in the Strip fool you. This is not a discount kitchen supply store.
Kitcheware galore! This store is a subsidiary of Wholey's Fish Market, and a very short walk from them. It's one of those big kitchenware stores that seems to have everything you never knew you needed. I give it 4 stars because it IS very well-stocked with fine products, but they are on the pricey side for someone on a budget. I was visiting with my niece and she kept looking at a pasta bowl and decided against it because of the price. She found the same one the very next day at a shop in Uniontown, for $15 less.
Wish I only got it in the kitchen, not elsewhere ! BUYER BEWARE !! Seemed like a nice place to find kitchen specialties. Went looking for a specific item, was told it could be ordered, which I had no problem. The product is available anywhere ie: Ebay, google, etc., but figuring that I was there, just order it & give business to a small local co., even if I had to pay a little more. To my dismay, wrong product was ordered, when I went to use it, the product didn't fit. Again to my dismay, I was charged a 25% restocking fee !... read more
