My husband and I toured the sanctuary just yesterday with a wonderful, obviously kind and dedicated volunteer named Jackie. Her knowledge of and love of these animals was genuine and heartfelt. I really can hardly find words to convey what valuable work the staff and volunteers provide to such magnificent big cats. Humans are capable of such cruelty and abuse of their peers and the animals that God entrusted to mankind - but these selfless people work tirelessly to rehabilitate, comfort and strengthen the cats that were plac... read more

This place is the best. I have loved large cats all my life. I thank tje people here for giving these wonderful creatures a safe haven and for allowing people like me the opportunity and the honor of witnessing their beauty.
This place is my home away from home. My safe haven. Nothing warms the heart more than hearing the chuff of a tiger you spend hours with on a daily basis as they greet you with fence rubs or being right in the path of a lion as they sing. I have nothing but the kindest of words to say for this place. Vicky is such an extraordinary woman for giving us the privilege to work alongside her, and the volunteers here have become a second family to me. We finally got to visit today. What you are doing is amazing! Giving these beautiful creatures that God created, a loving and fun environment and home. I wish I lived closer. You wouldn't be able to keep me out of there. I would volunteer all the time
