In-Spec LLC conducted my pre-purchase home inspection. The inspection lasted over 2 hours with a 1 hour walkthrough with me when it was done. The 75 page is extremely detailed and is helping to ensure I get any issues resolved. I would highly recommend In-Spec LLC to any homeowner or prospective homeowner.
