I can't say enough about our inspector, Wally! Wally performed our pre drywall and 11 month home inspection and we couldn't be happier with him. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative, and personable!! Wally took the time to answer all of our questions (even spoke to my husband over the phone to quell any of my husband's concerns about our new build) and explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend this company and especially Wally!

He was on site before the scheduled time. He was prepared with all the items he needed to perform the inspection, to include a cup for the ice maker/water dispenser on the refrigerator. He explained what he saw and provided a detailed explanation. He was extremely professional and nice throughout the entire process. His report was detailed and included colored pictures. I received my report less than a hour after he completed the inspection. I would recommend using this company.

I was extremely impressed with the inspection "Wally'" performed on a home I plan to purchase. He took care in explaining everything clearly so I could understand all that he was doing and the results thereof. I would absolutely and 100% recommend his services to friends and family who may be in need of a home inspection service. He performed the service efficiently and in a timely manner.

Wally was just amazing! If you want an absolutely great experience with an inspector who is knowledgeable, thorough and simply an expert in his field then Wally is your go-to man. He did our inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. He spent several hours inspecting and answering ALL of our questions. I would never purchase a home without a home inspection and I would recommend Wally to my family and friends without hesitation. Thank you.

In-Spec is the home inspector to choose. Wally is personable, knowledgeable, reliable and a very pleasant person to work with. He makes a point to describe his work and how the customer can utilize it. He is available for further assistance as anything should arise. Seriously call Wally at In-Spec

He did a fantastic job. I used him twice and was satisfied both times. He was through, clean, professional and fair. I would use him again if I needed another inspection. I recommend him highly.
