Excellent staff and everything went extremely well. My procedure has already shown much improvement the first day. Dr Yi got right to the point and exlpained what the problem was and I was able to get the procdure that same session!
Quick efficient, clear explanation of my problem cause and what he could do to help remedy it.
May be a great surgeon but does not accept TRICARE for the many veterans in the Denver area. Clearly favors money over humanity and patriotism. Your welcome Dr. Yi for safeguarding a country you shamelessly turn your back on.
Dr. Yi has replaced both of my thumb joints. He is hands down one of my favorite Dr’s. He is very thorough at explaining procedures! Highly recommend!
About 15 years ago, Dr. Y i was a dedicated, conscientious doctor, caring, attentive, just wonderful. In the last 8 years or so, perhaps longer, he has become more a 'how much money can I get' kind of doctor. I'm sorry to have to write this, but I have personal experience with this, and find it sorrowful for a good doctor to get to 'make it quick and expensive' type.
I knew Dr Yi years ago from a surgery he did on my hand, and adored him as well as his talent! I developed a painful, nagging tendinitis in my wrist, and saw another Dr for some stupid reason! Injected cortisone...didn’t help! Went to see Dr Yi, he told me my three options, couldn’t imagine someone more pleasant, chose surgery. It was completed 2days later, last week. In a wheelchair, so imperative to me to transfer. Even sent my daughter to him! Dr Yi and all staff- 1-10 scale: 20! Superb Dr!
Dr. In Sok Yi performed surgery on my wrist inserting a titanium plate and screws. He is an amazing surgeon. His bedside manner is exemplary along with being an extremely talented surgeon. His is a compassionate, incredibly talented, gifted surgeon. Obviously, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Yi and would highly recommend him to any friend or family. I was told that patients fly from out of state for him to perform their surgery and I can understand why. He is the BEST!!
Dr. Yi reattached a ligament in my wrist 15 years ago, and I've never had a problem with it. He's very easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. One of the reviews I read, stated that when inquiring about what he would use for a replacement, he said "whatever I can get." I'm pretty sure it was his attempt at humor. Highly recommend him.
I went to Dr. Yi for a second opinion on a wrist ligament injury, and I am glad that I did. His obvious expertise allowed him to go deeper on the diagnosis than the previous specialist I consulted. Being an athlete himself, he was able to provide solid practical advice for now, along with a clear picture of what to expect for the future. Great guy.
