Me and my family have been coming here over 20 years, hes smogged 5+ of our cars, trucks and vans over the years. Always quick and efficient and professional. Dont believe all the bad reviews, this place is great i wont go anywhere else!
He got me. SMH. He failed my vehicle the first time, just so he can charge me the second time around after an easy pass. (His excuse is, your vehicle is "not ready" go drive and come back) I see reviews below with customers being double charged as well, so it's common for this guy to take advantage. I'm a returning customer, been here a couple other times, usually it went ok. This guy isn't the cheapest around, but it's close and convenient to me. He work is okay bit cheaper then others in area.. got my thing done but no customer service.. doesnt even know how to talk to customer and tream them bit disrespecting..
Called to get a quote 2/20/25 and ask about free retest rules. Owner got very upset and yelled on the phone "NO FREE RETEST" and hung up when I asked a follow up question. FYI you will have to pay again if you fail for any reason even a loose gas cap. Better to go somewhere with better policies that doesn't get upset over questions.
Worst place ever , I’ve never done a bad review but this place definitely takes the cake, horrible service the guys will not re test , and whey ask why my car wasn’t passing he told me to go and drive car or go to dealer, I get it that it didn’t pass and I drove the truck for 750 miles to get car ready and he told me you coming to check for free when I had pay for smog, i asked for advice and told me this is not my job, go to mechanic, I will not recommend it him , go to hector next door , better place
