I love going to in and out but this time was not that case, the lady at the drive thru handed me two different peoples orders before I handed her the receipt to show here what the order was, then when I got the order I looked at the animal fries and they were all over the place and didn’t look like I had them before I’m disappointed cause we come here all the time and it’s always great but this time it was not, I hope this is just a one time experience cause I definitely don’t want to stop coming here
My daughter loves In-N-Out Burger so we do stop here rather frequent. I do love how fresh the food is however, the long wait times in long lines is rather discouraging for me visiting them as often as I would like they’re one of the only places that doesn’t have online ordering, which would be really convenient due to how busy they are other than that good food good service and of course I will still return. Parking can be a pain in the wait times are extremely long during peak hours
Not only do they mess up your order, but they are very rude and have nasty looks on their face. I’m mainly speaking about the associate on the second window, I believe her name is Maria or Mia. Incredibly interesting that the managers have her at a window instead of back of house…
I’ve gone to many different In n Out locations over the years and this was my first noticeably bad experience. The service is good, our cashier was nice, but the food is hit or miss. I ordered an animal style burger with no tomato and I received a cold bun & (one) really thin piece of lettuce. Worst burger I’ve had at any location
