My girlfriend and I have been here two times so far for her Honda accord. Each time the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable in what they are doing. Good pricing and they give us an itemized list of what is going to be repaired. I recommend this business 10/10
I don't recommend this place. Got my car back with the same engine tick that they told me "was normal". They're answers to all questions are "that's common with this vehicle". These guys seem to work off a script and just slap parts on cars with no diagnostics. I diagnosed it after getting it back and still have all the same issues. I only brought my vehicle to them because I don't have a place to work on it myself. Stay away from this place unless you're okay with being scammed.
Jim's is a very professional shop. Great people to work with. Just had my son's 2017 Silverado Truck aligned after a lift kit was installed. I highly recommend them. Thanks Matt for the great service again.
DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTOSHOP. I brought my vehicle in after a botched oil change from Cabral crystler jeep and dodge. Not only did Cabral try to upcharge me but they purposely broke the housing to my oil filter and left everything unscrewed or loose including oil filter. A simple oil change has now cost me $2400+. This Autoshop took that information and seen $$$ signs. They took a part that may not have broke and ran with it because they new the work was worth $1200. But because I had to finance it it has now turned into $2400... read more
Only good for oil changes and stuff. Not reliable and dishonest people. Paid for the alingment they didnt do it saying i have a crack on my wheel and didnt even show me when i asked them to. Saying we are buzy and still charging full amount. There was no crack on the rim l. Dont spend your hard earned money on these con people. The lady at the front desk told me i need a radiator without having knowledge. By the way my car is still running good.
