Response to the owner: Mr. Palmer, Thank you for your response, although I find it difficult to accept given the circumstances. I may concede that due to my loved one's age, a caregiver could have been mistaken for a fill-in. However, your caregiver—who, according to you, has worked with us before—still failed to administer the necessary medications. The Care Registry has provided in home care for my mother for the past two years. The caregivers have been well trained and professional. The staff at the Care Registry has worked with us to be sure the caregivers match my mother's needs and personality. In general, my mother has had wonderful, compassionate care.

Our dealings with the Care Registry were nothing short of wonderful, reliable, efficient, reasonable and flexible. The staff are devoted and the owner is ethical! She puts "care" into this business as well as her staff. If it had not been for Andrea,I would have been very lost in the sea of information and misinformation that is out there.
