Wouldn’t suggest this place in Pasco to anyone. The staff needs more training.
This place use to be awesome to do business with but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are rude and very insensitive. Today my handicapped sister needed her walker looked at that was purchased there, her caregiver brought her and the walker to the Pasco office which doesn’t allow customers to come in to shop now. So he called, but because of the rude staff person who hung up on hIm, he took her over to Belvue Health Care (which by the way allowed them to come in and look around) and the guy was happy to make the adju... read more
worst business in Pendleton, Or. My daughter's wheelchair broke and they were not sure of what to order or if they could order the parts. I took pictures of the problem and they took pictures. Still can't get it right. They do not get back to you in a timely manner. The people in the Pendleton office DO NOT understand what it is to be handicapped or have a medical problem. Worsted business I've ever dealt with. I guess I dont have to worry about them anymore as they have refused to fill my prescription. Told me to find another medical equipment provider. WOW!! After numerous wrong orders, waiting weeks on end for wrong orders. I'll be glad to take my business elsewhere. So sad!!!
