I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by In Home Elder Care Solutions. Our son’s care services were abruptly cut off without any prior notice or explanation. This caused significant confusion and distress for our family. To make matters worse, when my wife attempted to communicate with the staff for clarification, she was met with rudeness and hostility. It is with great sadness that I must write this review. As a special needs parent and licensed professional in the field of mental health, I am shocked and saddened by the disrespect and lack of dignity my family has been shown by Daisy at In Home Elder Care Solutions. Today, when my disabled son required in-home support, she allegedly called to notify us of the cancellation via a voicemail, a call she placed from an unknown number that I was unable to answer. I recommend this agency if you are looking for care for loved one go with them. The office staff is really nice they are always happy to assist you amnd accommodate the days you need. Daisy is wonderful she knows what she is doing t first when i started service with them they didnt have that great communicatoion they worked on it now Daisy helps alot really proffecional the agency is great .
