I recommend this agency if you are looking for care for loved one go with them. The office staff is really nice they are always happy to assist you amnd accommodate the days you need. Daisy is wonderful she knows what she is doing t first when i started service with them they didnt have that great communicatoion they worked on it now Daisy helps alot really proffecional the agency is great .

I highly recommend this agency! If you are searching for a company that cares deeply and sincerely, this is the one! Excellent caregivers and the easiest agency to work with. From the first call we’ve made just to inquire, we talked to the Administrator and were able to figure things that we need for our mom which we haven’t thought we needed. Thank you IHECS !

I would like to take this opportunity to submit some positive feedback to you, and commend Isa for her excellent in-home elder care performance. The first time I talked with her is when I called the IHECS office to confirm an in-home elder care appointment scheduled with Maria, and sadly I was told she was no longer available. I was so disappointed because she was terrific! But, thankfully Isa came to my rescue! Isa is a good communicator and handled herself in a very friendly, helpful and professional manner over the phone.... read more
