Jim Kerr Dave Lozano is just outstanding. I contracted a virus on my laptop that actually removed my Symantec Anti-virus. Dave cleaned it up over night and reinstalled a better Symantec anti-virus. He asked me to try the computer with a caveat that there could be issues from reconfiguring the computer. And if so just let him know. There was a small issue from the reconfiguration. In-Home Computer Repair is AWESOME!! My thirteen year old son got a pop up on my laptop that said "you have a Trojan Virus, do you want to fix it?" Well, when he clicked yes, it fixed it alright. Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced I had a problem with my computer that I could not solve. I searched on Google and found David at "In Home Computer Repair." I am so thankful I did, he knew exactly how to help and he saved me so much money. On the phone he walked me through everything I needed to do to install new hardware to my computer. If anybody has computer problems I can not stress enough that David is the guy to go to.

More than a repair! Not only was the repairman polite and honest he also did even more than fix my computer. He helped me get a web page and showed me how to advertise my small busisiness with several web sites. He also made sure I knew how to find it myself for when he was gone. I highly reccomend him.
