Meet the Business Owner Melody W. Business Owner Melody Wolfertz returned to her home town of Rockland in 2000 after thirteen years of chef and restaurant management experience. While managing the Wine Seller, she saw the need for a place where people could go to drink good wine in a relaxed environment. In Good Company opened in July of 2004, inspired by this wish. We absolutely loved our experience here lastnight! We enjoyed fantastic cocktails, the New England Sunset cocktail special was fabulous! We ordered the Charcuterie board which was very good, two entrees (short ribs and Halibut) which were both delicious abs good sized. The Halibut was cooked perfectly! our deserts were PHENOMENAL!! The pana cotta was out of this world delicious! The restaurant is taking very clear covid measures but still providing a fun and delicious experience! Highly Recommend!

Oh, what a dinner! So delicious 😋 The menu changes daily and everything is well put together. Allergies, no problem, they’ll make sure the food fits to your diet. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. More often than not, I order one particular dish, and have never been disappointed. When we requested a particular wine, they helped us find another that was just as good, if not better. The atmosphere is upscale, but not “uptight.”
