Had a terrible experience at InFocus at Warners Bay. Firstly, when we arrived at the appointment for my 28 week growth scan the sonographer was a male and they did not check with me prior if I was okay with this. The staff didn’t know how to get my details up on their system and eventually got someone else to do it for him. He asked what I there for, however I had already provided him with my referral which states the reason for the appointment.. so I had to explain it again. This was my 2nd visit to InFocus Warners Bay in 18 months. Arrived 40 minutes early and decided to complete admission forms as my wife used the facilitities, 2 minutes later I was called for my cortisone procedure. This has never happened in 60+ years of attending hospitals (21 surgeries) and medical professionals. Well done InFocus. The procedure has been successful (even at day 1). All staff are professional and friendly and this place is a pleasure to visit. Highly recommended.
Wonderful first time experience at In Focus Warners Bay for my pregnancy ultrasound. The receptionist who served me was so friendly, and the sonographer was incredible - comforting, clear, and informative throughout the whole process.
Had the best experience today during an ultrasound (im so sorry I cant remember her name, but may have started with a K. My appt was 8.30am 10/8/26). She was so kind, bubbly, and explained everything as she went through. I felt really comfortable and informed, I hope she can receive this feedback and be recognised for her amazing demeanour and professionalism. Stellar service!
