I like the psychiatrist I see. She is professional and genuinely cares. The front office is a different story. Since starting medications I have been told to take them every day and stopping them could have bad side effects. I ran out of my medication a week ago and called to get a refill. Of course you have to talk to a machine. A week has gone by and my medication has still not been sent to my pharmacy and I haven’t heard a peep from them. This is in response of what you posted. No you did not answer all my questions because I was asking more trying to get it figured out and work it out and instead the office manager got frustrated because she didn’t want to answer any more of my questions and then hung up on me. I also called back and asked to speak to the owner and I was told that he would call me back, he never did. I was told by integrated health that you were the best service.
