Very disappointed, I was in the store and just went in to check out information. The girl in scrubs came out from the back to greet us. I asked her do they take 4 year olds. She said yes they do. She mentioned they have the equipment for a typical appointment. She booked the appointment for me and sent me a link to finish registration. Dr. Merchant is one of the most honest, trustworthy, and reliable optometrists. She saw both of my children and was very thorough and transparent about their eye health and whether corrective lenses were actually necessary. I really appreciated that she never made us feel pressured and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend she's a wonderful optometrist very knowledgeable extremely friendly and pleasant to be around. Can answer all questions. Place is very clean, employees are friendly knowledgeable. Had an appointment with an extremely rude place that I canceled and another place fell through and I'm glad. I will be going here from now on.
