Had a great experience with in and out at my house on Woodvale ave in Mountain Brook. Would definitely recommend. Customer service was outstanding!
In and Out did a wonderful job on my hardwood installation along with refinishing and staining. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and experience. The owners of this company should teach courses on organization because everything went "just so" on this job. And great prices! Call them!
I had a small project that needed to be done and no job is too small for In and Out . I literally only needed a piece of tile put down in the area my new stove was going to because it was uneven and I already had the tile so they didn’t charge me for it. They were so nice and professional. They kept me updated with messages and calls and I was able to get them to come the same week I called . 1) They responded within a day. 2) They worked with me through pictures and texts which was incredibly helpful. 3)They got the estimate back in a timely manner. 4)Their estimate was thorough and so well broken down that we could see what to save money on by removing carpet or laminate ourselves. 5) Their prices were much better than their competitors.
We just completed a 2nd project with In and Out and were extremely pleased once again! This renovation of our son’s townhouse involved quite a bit of work and a number of surprise findings along the way. Tre was so thorough in troubleshooting the unexpected issues and communicating with us in a timely manner. Tre, Tyler, Jio, and the entire crew are professional and a pleasure to work with. The work was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend In and Out Flooring for anything from small to large projects!
