Maintenance and staff Hallways are nasty, pool area and furniture needs to be replace. Been having issues with my Ac and they don't take it as an emergency. Most of the time gates and elevators are down. This is a nightmare.
BLACK MOLD NEVER FIXED One of the worst places I have lived. The dishwasher was broken and moldy water. I sent in service orders never addressed. I said we have black mold they came and painted over it. I will be taking them to court since they sent me another bill after I moved out. The BLACK MOLD is a health hazard. Topping of it all we had zero air conditioning for two weeks we told them and never address it. My daughter is pregnant and we had to move out early over it.
Would steer cleer at all costs. Worst property management team in history. Overpriced. Drug use in hallways. Flagrance for the law and tenant rights.
Great apartments with awesome employees I moved in in June and my leasing agent Tyler was phenomenal. He made the move in so easy (after a 19 hour drive!) All the employees have been amazing, they are lightning fast to fix anything, and the pool has made summer fantastic! Definitely check it out. Nice and quiet, lots of walking areas, and it's kept up beautifully.
Over priced, smells of pot, not transparent, overall run down I signed my lease early July 24, at that time the hot tub was being resurfaced and fixed. NOPE when I moved in Aug 10th they said they were filling it with dirt and it would not reopen. The pool was closed 50% of the time I lived there, people smoke pot inside, the hallways reak all the time and the apartments are dumpy and dirty. Best Property! This place is so clean, and Sarah form the office is super friendly! There is just a real comforting feeling about this place and the staff.
Carl Matthews Provides Top-Notch Service at IMT Cool Springs I recently visited a friend at IMT Cool Springs and was very impressed. While I was there, she had a work order, and Carl Matthews came to fix the problem. He was punctual and completed the repair much faster than expected. It's clear that the maintenance team, and Carl specifically, are efficient and reliable. It's great to see such professional service, and it definitely made me happy my friend lives in such a well-managed community.
Impressive I stopped by and Sarah helped me right away. She was very friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff was so kind as well. The apartments are a great deal for the area it seems.
