IMS Rentals is a wonderful local property management company to work with and I have had a great experience as a renter with them. Mikayla and Catrina and take the utmost care in keeping the home in top condition and are very responsive to any issues that may arise. They are excellent about fulfilling maintenance requests and taking care of any minor issues that come up. This place is just mean! It was a huge mistake to let them oversee my property!
This is one of the most unprofessional encounters I have had in my life. Despite many attempts to fulfill their obligations for the rental application, and many emails and phone calls to check on the status, I received absolutely zero feedback from their office. How can a small business refuse to answer the phone and never reply to multiple emails? Horrible experience.
I don't know what they actually do in the office but returning phone calls is definitely not it. If you are lucky enough that they pick up the phone, the receptionist seems to not have much information as she keeps saying "ill have to check on that" or "the property manager will call you"(which never happens). I wish they would quit wasting peoples time.
