I ask the scheduler if he had experience with Lyme disease and was told he had. When he saw me he told me he had no experience. He was upset with the dermatologist that did not even checked my condition with lab test and was treat for Lyme. Still he made the lab test. And took ownership of the situation.
Dr Iqbal obviously cares about his patients. He is direct and tells you everything you need to know, with written fact sheets as required.
