I had shopped around 2-3 hours by the time i found imprint.com, and my design was done and ready to be uploaded, so no problem there. It just took me several tries through the order form to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. Once the order part was done, though, I was super impressed! I got email updates on how things were going, when the signs shipped, and when they were delivered. WOW!! Couldn't take my picture. Fine. Called me multiple times to tell me the same thing. Not fine. Couldn't understand basic instructions. Not fine. Didn't come with the stakes that I thought was a part of the original order. Not fine. Took way longer than expected. Not fine. Couldn't change order correctly. Not fine. Won't be ordering again.
The delivery and printing of the masks was great. Unfortunately, the client was not happy with the fit of the masks. They were way too large. I ended up sewing in tucks and adding a bead to the straps so they could tighten them accordingly. This should be considered by the designers or change the strap to elastic instead.
