I ordered 30 sweatshirts for a team and paid extra for the proof to ensure that the color (deep red) and artwork would come out as intended. The company called me after my order was submitted to tell me that the pricing I originally ordered at was incorrectly low and they doubled the price. Then the sweatshirts were in production for over four weeks, even though the estimate was less than half that time. We ordered coozies for a birthday party. The quality is good and we are satisfied with the product. However, the website puts false advertising for "deals" on the top banner. I tried to get more information about it from the associate chat option but you can only speak to a computer which is useless. You do have to pay significant extra to guarantee that your product arrives on time. They give an option for an estimated delivery, but beware that it is much further out than they estimate. The buttons came fast and looked like the draft example I was sent. 1 of the 200 buttons was broken, with the plastic cover peeling off. While not ideal, the vast majority were well made and looked great.

I ordered buttons. When I tried to put two of the words in red all of the letters turned red, so I put in the comments what words I wanted in red. Someone can't read. And when they sent the email for approval it says some of what you see is not exact in other words so I assumed the words would be in red but they weren't. I was blamed for approving what I saw.

My buttons arrived. They are magnetic but arrived without a magnet backing. I had to purchase a set of magnets so that the buttons would actually work. Buttons turned out well.

I was informed 2 different sides of the story between FedEx and Imprint. I was more believing in FedEx because I knew the truth. FedEx stated they couldn't find the package located and considered package lost which was true because I never received the package. They tried to get a hold of Imprint and wanted to work with Imprint. Imprint was, on the other hand, stated that FedEx denied the claim and made it sound like they weren't willing to help solve the problem. Now we know not to use this company again.
