Very disappointed--product ordered not in stock, horrible experience trying to transfer order to new product, and now they won't give me my full refund for getting a lesser product. Will not use this company again!
With satisfaction guarantee, you will have to jump through hoops and be very inconvenienced. And if you're on a time crunch, good luck. I placed a large order for pocket Koozies and the quality did not look good. Everyone I asked in my office said they looked used. The print on them was silver with a sparkle to it. I should have been informed if the material it was being printed on may not give the best results, but I was not. Ordered a college graduation sign for my son... it came out awesome!!!
I used this company by mistake. The experience was horrible. They accepted my order then sent a message that the items were out of stock and to choose a different item. When I called to clarify, the customer service representative hung up on me. I would highly recommend you look to a different company for your printing needs.
