Good quality
Quality of my coozies was as expected, design looked great, and they showed up faster than I thought. That fifth star is completely due to the customer service I received throughout the design and ordering process - answered all questions extremely quickly.
Printed half my order upside down. Refused to correct due to it being 9 days since delivery instead of 7. Personally if they printed it wrong it should have been corrected regardless if it was 9 days or not. Will never order here again.
On my order it indicates 3 days production and 4 days shipping. I never received my order within the 7 days, 3 weeks later I am still trying to find out where my order is. They indicate on their terms it says it could take up to 15 days for production but it does not state the 15 days and says 3 day production time directly when you order. I wish I could send a screen shot to this reviews so future customers can see they do not hold to what they state on their website. I loved my mask you produced with my artwork!! So many compliments - I will be ordering more!
They deliberately try to upsell you on paying more for rush shipping & spead up production time, but then they don't keep their word. They blame it on the fine print in the terms & conditions that are nowhere on the invoice or the page where you pay. I was charged an additional fee for the production time, I was also charged a fee for rush shipping (3 day shipping), and it still took 20 days instead of the 10 it should've taken!!!! Initially, I loved the company and their live person when calling for question. I also appreciated updates as my order went through the process. Unfortunately, they forgot to dismiss the notification so I got a call and email about an issue that had been resolved for 3 days straight. I would definitely use them again because yard signs look great and metal sticks stronger than most, but they were not as timely as they advertise and delivery barely made on the last day possible. I will build in more time next order.
This was a no trouble order from start to finish. Easy to design and place order. Quick delivery. Will be using imprint.com again!
