The management Staff doesn’t follow through with things they say and very rude overall. Not a kindly environment for taking your family for growth. Numerous issues with the management getting information to the actual working RBTs is non existent. Our adult child loved working with a few of the hands on staff but they are constantly fired. Very strange this is happening and needs to be looked into.
If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! This is a wonderful environment that they provide for families, and it has such a home like feel to it. They make transition so easy for children and their families at Imprint and Shawn and her staff go above and beyond to provide for these children and their families.
