Dr. Tran is very good, gentle and attentive. The staff is as is very friendly and Marjorie is back... I have missed you! Always so polite and helpful.
Dr. Tran is so good, gentle and attentive. Always encourages and inspires me to take better care of my teeth. The staff is efficient and welcoming. It's like going to a friends house for a visit.Yeah, I know, it's still the dentist's office but I truly look forward to going there and getting my dental care.
This is the best medial customer service I have experienced n Houston. They always promptly take care of me when I show up for appointments without endless waiting time and redundant paper work. I have even had to go in on short notice a couple times and they somehow find the way to work me into their schedule. Dr. Bao Tran is a very professional and a caring person. Her staff is equally efficient.
Not the best patient. I have for years carried around in my mouth a baby tooth and not for lack of trying Dr. Tran has suggested that we take a moment and pull it. well it's out now. My whole family has been going to Impressions dental for 6 plus years, if they can't do it ie: wisdom teeth braces ect... they will refer you to an associate just as qualified. Dr. Tran is very patient and has a great bedside manner. The whole team is invested in their patients from the start. I highly recommend Impressions Dental.
I Visited Dr. Tran today for a regular cleaning, she found a cavity and a Crown filling that needed attention as well. She was able to do it all in an hour and a half... amazing! Best part of the whole experience was it was painless!
Absolutely wonderful experience every time. So gentle and such a great staff. Warm bubbly employees.
