My visit was only for routine inspection and cleaning, however, the staff and Dr Tran were friendly, efficient and professional. Their care and facilities are excellent.
I had a great experience at Impressions. I was impressed with the state-of-the-art x-rays, and liked the decor. The staff was friendly, and even though my dental assistant wasn't that experienced with all of the machines, she had asked someone to help her who did know how to do everything, so I felt comfortable. I was informed about additional payment that wouldn't be covered by my insurance before-hand, so there was no surprise at check-out.
They ladies are so sweet and friendly! They were also very patient with my daughter who put up a good fight to get her X-rays and teeth cleaned. I always enjoy visiting with them as well.
The team at Impressions always make the visit a pleasant experience; on time, profession with great patient care and results I would have no doubts in recommending to closest friends and family.
This is the best dentist ever! I went years without seeing a dentist because I simply don't like it. I'm scared of a lot of what goes on in a dentist office. Dr. Tran not only took care of my dental needs, but actually made me comfortable during the process. Her staff is awesome. We even moved our child to Dr. Tran from the pediatric dentist he was seeing. The highest compliment I can give is that I trust her with my child. Best dentist ever!
I've been a client since moving to Texas 11 years ago, and in all my travels, I've never had a more caring, knowledgeable dentist - ever. Dr. Bao Tran is worth the hour travel, and her staff is always friendly, sweet, and wonderful. I have always highly recommended her to everyone I know - there's just is no equal when it comes to quality care!
The doctor and staff are so friendly. They are very good about appointment times to prevent long waits. I really liked my experience.
The staff is always pleasant and the service is top notch.
