Megan Dewalt is the best hygienist ever!
After knowing many people who go to Westend Dental, I finally decided to visit myself. I was very impressed. The staff is professional and caring. They were extremely efficient, yet willing to take the time to answer all my questions. I am looking forward to my next visit.
You don't need to change a thing.
Everyone from the moment I walked in the door was extremely friendly and engaging. Dr. Zander was so sweet, as well as knowledgable about the problems I was having with my teeth. My hygeniest, Megan was so outgoing and genuine and I appreciate the time she spent trying to get to know me. The woman at the reception desk went out of her way to answer questions I had regarding cost of different items I was having done. Everything seemed very efficient and smooth.
The office is clean and bright. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!!
I recently had an urgent dental issue. Not life-and-death but a tooth broke while I was on vacation and I wanted to get it fixed before returning to work so I would look like a hillbilly. Plus it was cutting my lip slightly. I came back to Chicago a day early and Dr. Zander forwent his day off to come into the office to help me. He also found an ingenious way to reattach the crown, thereby avoiding a tooth-pull and implant, which the local dentist where I was vacationing said was the next step.
