Poor Business – I purchased a gown for my daughter's pagenant that did not have the straps attached or all the beads. They basically cheated me because they got my daughter along in the dressing room and talked her into it without me there. When I got home, I realized they marked 'no return' on the receipt! Cheaters!
horrible customer service – i paid for rush order on my bridesmaids dressess, $40 each, and it still took them 12 weeks to come in. when i called the owner, i have never met a more rude, snippity person in my life. she had the nerve to hang the phone up on me when i asked her why.
