WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went to buy my bridesmaid gown for a friends wedding. They measured me for my gown and then a month later said they had to Order a bigger size and they are charging me MORE MONEY! I was okay with that until I go pick up the dress and when I tried it on... IT SLIPPED RIGHT OFF MY ENTIRE BODY!!! I AM LIVID with this horrible business. This place was awful, me and my bridesmaids drove 2 hours to shop for dresses. I waited here for 45 minutes and never even got to look at a bridal gown. One woman here argued with me about the phone number on the website and was sooo rude. There are other bridal shops in concord that are friendly and much more classy.Go elsewhere!
This place is AWFUL! After helping my best friend find her wedding dress here we were all so excited!! Then she found the perfect bridesmaids dress here. They forced us to buy them 7 months out, told me I needed a size 5 sizes larger than normal. A warning to the ignorant. (Worst bridal shop ever) – Like most people, my experience here has been horrible. I went in expecting friendly and helpful people. instead, the people were rude, abrupt, and inconsiderate. I will never go back to them even if they are the last bridal shop on earth. they care only about getting every cent out of you that is possible. The women that work here don't know what they are doing. They don't know how to measure for a dress, try just want to order big and then let you pay to get it altered. They wanted me to order a size 8 when I'm a size 2 just because I was pregnant! Needless to say I settled on a six and it was huge when it came in! Mercedes is the worst there! Don't get stuck with her! Maybe the other associates are nicer. Also I never received a call to tell me the dress was in until 3 days before the wedding! And the message was rude saying... read more

VERRRYYY HAPPY!!!!! – I am so pleased with Impressions!!! I recieved my bridesmaid dresses today and they are beautiful!! The staff are so friendly, helpful, sweet, and thoughtful! DON'T BOTHER! – Unfortunatty, Impressions has under gone some changes. It's under new ownership and I can tell you as a previously pleased customer I am now very UNIMPRESSED! I got married about 8 months ago and used Impressions. They were wonderful. Kelly and her mom were amazing and Kathy was great too. It's now time for another family members wedding and they are under new management and it's terrible.
