Townhomes are decent. For the price of HOA $470 every 3 months, $1,880 annually which is very expensive, you don’t get anything. There’s no pool, a tiny little bbq area, no park. HOA cuts the grass around the townhomes because there’s no yard. There’s nothing. Received a letter from HOA, apparently you can’t leave your trash bins at your back door. There’s really no other place to put them. They want you to put bins in garage, did this before and maggots was everywhere. Regret my decision, will be selling really soon.

Tracy is nothing but amazing. I bought my property at the Impression Homes about 2 years ago and I’ve never had any issues. The management is very responsive, the HOA takes great care of the Lawn and all exterior. Nice community park area and many shops, amenities are located within 5 mins. Love it
Tracy is amazing she loves to help people. Very professional and very passionate about what she does. I would definitely recommend working with her.
